1)      Coffered Ceiling Design replies included

a)     Window frame tight to top plates and cut into roof eave

b)     Nearly square profile to keep sills not less than 5 linear inches on the horizontal below frieze boards

c)      As many windows as we could symmetrically apply

d)     Broadly extended dormer roofline

2)     This coffered ceiling design had to be set in a Dining space just so. 

3)     The matter herewith related to the pendant lighting in the space, which lighting had not been settled; namely, 1 or 2 pendants

4)     So, we had to specify coffered ceiling design layouts for either ceiling lighting setup

Comment:  Please understand that a coffered ceiling ought, in this custom home designer’s opinion, look as though timber frame was cased-off.  Thereby, that look increases in complexity and forethought with increase in the size of the ceiling to be coffered.
