As for exterior Model Home Drawing, you can portray as much as you want, need, or are willing to pay for: show the new windows; up go the flower boxes; on go the clad and shingles; etc. On the interior: bring on the furniture; paint the walls; play with light and lighting. CASE STUDIES
Home Remodel. In the case of the Garrison Colonial remodel featured throughout this website, the owners skipped Model Home Drawing so far, except for a look at the front face where there are a lot of changes. (We might do something else on the backside, once we're settled on more specifics . . . that's a ways off right now.) You can see the front-face changes in the following series of pictures of "before" and "after" in 2d and 3d home design. Actually, we're to work with two boxes, in order to model a build out of four work areas.
Home Design, Spa Enclosure Symmetry. In this section, we focus on home design. Symmetry to be clearer, some of its obligations and opportunities. Now it's time to address the symmetry of the Spahaus structure. The eye favors symmetry. Or better, the mind's eye favors the symmetrical an expected regularity, pattern, a repetition signals safety, soothing, security, satisfaction, an awaited coherence, certainty, correspondence. Bathroom Remodel. Come one, come all to see the AG (with Mrs. AG very nearby) work magic in making room for a guest towel and amenities closet in a bathroom which at first blush simply doesn't have to space for it. Before The Architect will take a second look.
